About

The Breakthrough Policy Report highlights urgent challenges threatening decades of progress in the global AIDS response, including funding cuts and service disruptions that disproportionately impact children, adolescents, and pregnant women. Developed under the Global Alliance to End AIDS in Children by 2030, the report provides a comprehensive analysis of policy barriers across 12 countries and outlines actionable recommendations to safeguard essential HIV services, promote equity, and integrate programmes into broader health systems. It is intended for policymakers, civil society, healthcare providers, multilateral agencies, and key funders committed to achieving the 95-95-95 targets and ending AIDS in children by 2030.
