The CHAI Site Selection Tool is a decision-making resource designed to assist national stakeholders in selecting the most appropriate point-of-care (POC) products and sites for early infant diagnosis (EID) and HIV viral load (VL) testing.
This Excel-based tool enables countries to analyze various factors such as cost, geographic location, and throughput to maximize efficiency and patient outcomes. The tool facilitates data-driven decision-making in product and site selection, supporting national program objectives in diagnostics, and is intended to be used in collaboration with Ministries of Health and other key stakeholders.
CHAI Simple Tools for quantification of adult and pediatric ARVs including assumptions for key input data based on Cambodia situation. The basic goals of national medicines policies and public sector pharmaceutical supply systems are to provide access to needed medicines and suppliers, promote the rational use of medicines. Various strategies exist to achieve these goals through different combinations of public and private sector involvement in the procurement and supply management (PSM) cycle.
